Cm help

So this is what my cm looks like today very thick white and heavy and it's about a week after my period is this normal? Because it really seems this is how my cm is most of my cycle sometimes not as heavy but always pure white never clear or sticky or stretchy it's almost always creamy and white thoughts and advice?

It's mild smellimg nothing abnormal..it's just everyone says cm shoukd change through out your cycle and I don't feel like mine does I do ovulate regularly and my periods are around the same time each month I'm just a lil confused?
