I wouldn’t so much be upset if the person I had only a sexual relationship with was having relationships with other women. I would be upset if they hid that fact from me and I found out later. 
But if you wanted something more than just a sexual relationship, that’s a conversation you should have had with them. If they’re not open to anything more than sex, then it’s not fair for either of you to continue with any kind of relationship if you’re not on the same page. 
Any time you enter into a relationship, even if it is just sexual, you need to have that conversation and set expectations for what kind of relationship it is and what the boundaries are.
