How did / do you keep yourself from worrying about miscarriage?
Hi Ladies.
So I thought my TWW stress was bad.
I'm so worried about miscarriage. This is my first pregnancy and I'm still so early into it. Coming up on 4 weeks.
I've seen the devastating effects that a miscarriage can have, and I want to do everything I can to avoid one - obviously.
But how do you mentally deal with it? I'm in good health, don't have any known risks, but I'm still worried.
