I have always had cramps during ovulation that are very consistent with a positive ovulation test. However this month is my second postpartum period. Last month my ovulation felt as it normally does, however this month it is so painful that I feel nauseated and like I am going to vomit. Also, the pain has lasted much longer than normal, two full days rather than a typical half day. I am 8 months PP, has anyone experienced anything like this?
