random fevers??

my 2 year old gets these random fevers that only last a couple days sometimes only one. no other symptoms just tired and cranky from the fever. and wakes up the next normal again. is this common?? I'm gonna make an appt maybe request a blood draw, its so weird and almost worries me.

So this is happening to my 11 month old. He has never been sick but at the beginning of February he had a fever for 3 days and nothing ever came from it, it just went away. Then just a few days ago he again had a fever for 3 days and it just went away and had no other symptoms. I took him to the doctor to make sure he didn’t have an ear infection, a sore throat or just a very mild case of the flu but he didn’t. My doctor wasn’t concerned by it. Just said that if the fever wasn’t gone but Friday (we took him to the doctor on Monday) to call and take him back in so they can make sure he’s still all good but the fever went away Thursday night.

Does it happen when she’s cutting teeth?

i forgot to mention its happened 3 times since she was born. its not consecutive . the first time she was probably 2 months old and her blood was fine. the next it happened around 9 months,  and then yesterday
