I’m kinda freaking out. I’m a little over 5 weeks pregnant. My husband and I just had rough sex. It felt uncomfortable at times but nothing terrible. I am now having cramps. No bleeding, but I’m worried. I had a miscarriage a few months ago.

Does anyone know if rough penetration can cause a miscarriage? I told my hubby after that we can’t do it like that again while pregnant just in case but I’m nervous now.

Anyone’s thoughts, advice, or experiences with it turning out fine or not so much ?
