Why won't my baby take a bottle?!??

My babygirl is 3 months old and we have been trying to work with her with bottle feeding and she does not take it at all.

She chews the bottle nipple and doesn't keep it in the middle of her mouth. She does the same with a pacifier. She is strictly on breastmilk. When my husband tries to feed her with a bottle it runs out of her mouth. She is hungry because when we put her on the breast after trying the bottle she latches my breast right away.

We have tried different bottles, nipples, flow rates.

We just don't know what to do anymore. Any suggestions????
