How come no one ever told me?!?!?!?!
Sooooo I asked my husband to buy me a large exercise ball so I could use it to help me go into labor.... (Please, save the comments. I’m 39 weeks measuring 42 and baby is almost 9 pounds) I’m trying safe measures at this point like the ball, pineapple juice, and nipple stimulation.
Back to the situation at hand.... tonight was the first night I used it. My hips and pelvic area has hurt so much since about 18 weeks and the pain is unbearable. Well anyway, I bounced and rolled around on the ball for about 20 minutes and magically I can lift my legs up without any pain. How did I not do this for my whole pregnancy?!?!? I think I’ll spend the next few hours on this ball sipping my pineapple juice ....
