so recently I’ve started dating a new guy and we want to wait to have sex until I’m on birth control just to be extra safe. I’m planning on talking to my mom about getting on it very soon because we’re both getting impatient lol. she’s talked to me about it before and said I can talk to her about stuff like that and if I’m having sex she wants me to be safe so I know it’s going to be fine, I just feel really uncomfortable having that convo with my mom lol. any advice on how to feel less awkward and just have a casual, pain free discussion about getting on birth control? tysm, I appreciate it in advance lol
