Period question

Is it normal to pass blood clots often that range in size from pin points to quarter size? My periods are irregular and it happens all the time, right now I’ve been bleeding for about two weeks (I know, go to the doctor, but I don’t have insurance here in Missouri so I can’t go without huge bills). I was just wondering if it was normal or not?
