No. Colostrum is all a newborn baby needs and you need to constantly breastfeed to get your supply to come in. Don’t even worry about bottles. If it’s an emergency and you are just absolutely not producing literally anything then they have formula on hand. Can you squeeze and get some clearing sticky substance? If so then you’re on the right path. Babies eat very very little the first week and as they need more then your body will produce more. Don’t stress 😊

My hospital doesn’t supply milk at all anymore, so even if you plan to breast feed, you are encouraged to bring your own milk just in case.
