I took my temperature because I was feeling warm, and it went up to 99.0, which is odd for me since I normally run quite cold. I was wondering if hormones can cause this since I'm close to getting my period. I feel nauseas but I have severe anxiety and gastritis, and PMS makes it 100x worse so that's not out of the ordinary, and no one I know is sick with the flu. I haven't left the house or seen anyone except my mom in around 1-2 weeks. To sum it up I highly doubt I'm sick, but it is possible, or can shifting hormones shift temperature too? I'm also on pregnenolone (shifts hormones a bit, I'm on it since ovulation and being on my period makes my nausea so much worse) and it'll be my first period with it.
