Can a result be fake positive

Okay so cut a long story short last night I did a strip pregnancy test and 2 lines appeared , I was in total shock so I done another two and the same thing happend , I went out and baught another packet and the same again another 2 positives ... is there any way atall it could be a fake positive or am I deffinatley one hundred percent pregnant , going to go out and buy a clear blue test today to triple make sure but I am so scared and anxious about the future and these results. I am 19, I have only been with my partner for 3 months , I have just started a new job this week and also I have lots of festivals and holidays booked this year with my boyfriend , so this result would change everything . My partner is older than me he is 26 and after speaking to eachother last night he made it clear that he would love to keep this baby as he would not have another chance , he also made it very clear that it is completely my decision as I am still young and got a life to live e.t.c

If I am deffinatley pregnant I would be keeping the baby but I i am just worried because I will have to stop working and we both live at home still and there is just a hundred worries going through my head so I really need help ........
