so I’ve been pretty consistent with my birth control & im sexually active, so i got my “period” really early but this thing came out too and i’m not sure what it is, does anyone know? sos ?

uterine lining, dear. thats pm whats going on when you have your period: youve ovulated without having the egg fertilized and now your body is getting rid of the lining that your uterus made just in case your egg did get fertilized. sometimes the lining comes off in bigger clumps like that and yes it LOOKS worrisome but its normal. happens to me all the time and it feels gross, especially the gnarly cramps that come with it, ugh

It’s just uterine lining/ blood clot. Sometimes I forget that some women don’t experience blood clots normally. I’ve had them occasionally throughout my periods from the first one on. But it’s a trait of my families menstrual cycle.
