It’s never happened to me in the 1st trimester but it did in the 3rd almost every time. Definitely drink more water and go more often.
Cramping after urinating
I don’t have a UTI.
Every time I hold my pee (meaning i don’t go AS SOON as I feel the urge) I get this really bad cramping pain (period cramping) in my lower abdomen.
It only last 5 or so minutes... it’s the same cramping I experience after intercourse.
I read it’s normal bcuz your uterus is contracting after emptying your bladder.
Anyone else??
