I’ll be 4wPP on Wednesday and I had a vaginal birth with a few 2nd degree tears in my vagina. Well my pain basically went away by the 2nd week but now it’s starting up again, like maybe I opened stitches? Also it feels like something is going to fall out? I’m not bleeding really anymore, just spotting on and off.

I plan to call and ask doc about it, but just wanted some feedback right now. Thanks (:
