For women who had their tubes tied! HELP!

So I got my tubes tied in Oct of last year, thinking that I didn’t want more kids up until the point my son has passed away. I was suppose to get my period on Feb27/28, one of those days. This app is saying my period is 4 days late. I took 2 home test one look it lit was a very faint positive test and one look negative. I went to the hospital their gonna tell me that it was negative. I wanna test again but at this point, I’m kinda discouraged to do so.

Have anybody who had their tubes tied period been really late? Or ever missed a period?
