When should I Change my pad

Is it ready to change? I’ve only had it on for 2.5 hrs 
Would u say that’s a heavy flow 
It’s a super sport pad

I change it every time I use the rest room, regardless of how much blood there is.

You can change it now if you want and I wouldn’t really consider that heavy.

If it's from 2.5 hours I wouldn't say you have a heavy period. I can't get that after 30mins 🤷 
When I worse pads I'd change everytime j went to the bathroom but it's a personal preference really

Usually I have a puddle. That looks like smear. I wouldn’t call that heavy flow.

Change it every time you go to the bathroom (most hygienic plus cuts down on odor) I’d say you’re heavy flow. That’s who my periods were.
