Tummy Time Guilt

I feel kind of bad that I don't get to do tummy time with my little one as often as I should. I work a ton from home and so does her dad. We rotate who watches her so she doesn't go to daycare. Every now and then we'll get in tummy time, but not as much as we should. Are any other moms slacking on the tummy time? How does baby appear to be doing without it?
