Right as we were starting to have sex, he called me her name. It wasn’t in a passionate way, just as we were conversing. I was talking my shit as usual & he said “Shut up, *her name*”, then quickly said mine. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt & consider the fact that they had a really messy divorce, & sorting things out, filling out forms may have just placed the name in his head. They’ve been separated over a year but because of immigration things, divorce process is a little more complicated. It’s just now coming to an end. We’ve been together 7 months. Should I think anything of this? Not sure how to feel.
