I would recommend making the small investment in a basal body thermometer. It’s more accurate for temping. Your chart does show a temp shift but a regular thermometer can round temps up or down so your ovulation day could be off but it might not be either🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve had charts w an dip way below cover at 8 dpo, & then a huge rise the next day.. then I went triphasic. And a big drop 15 dpo w af rt on time. 
So you can’t really ever tell from your chart. Unless you miss af..

It doesn't look like you ovulated until CD22, so it could be too early to test yet.
