Pregnancy has kicked in

I'm 6 weeks 4 days and pregnancy has kicked in... 3 days ago i was fine but now i am totally tired and full on nausea my boos (nipples) are definitely hard as rocks... I'm just not comfortable ar all.... Is anyone feeling the same ?
