My little sister has a line on her nose from pushing it up all the time, kind of like making a pig nose.

I have one across my nose, not sure what it’s from but the only time I notice it is in the summer when I’m tan.

My daughter has a genetic birth mark on her nose between her eyes. It's blue and looks like a little bruise. One of her aunts has the same birth mark. It's a vascular birthmark. It really depends on what color it is and when it started showing up. Have you googled it?
