I don’t think that one time will hurt you but if you have the option too, heat up the meat before eating it. I can’t stay away from Cesar Salads and I’m not suppose to have them 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just had it tonight with dinner! Haha. And I have it at least once or twice a week. Enjoy!

I would make them at home but I would either heat up my sandwich in a panini press or I would throw my ham on a pan and heat it up a bit till it’s a little brown. I read somewhere I don’t remember where that as long as it’s warm/heated you’re good.

My doctor told me it’s fine if the meat is heated. So that’s what I do just to be safe. She said you can heat up in a pan the entire package then put it back in the fridge and it’ll be fine for cold sandwiches. But it’s up to you🤷‍♀️. I had a bad day and had a spicy tuna poke bowl that I had been craving for so long. After reading raw tuna is okay but raw salmon is the more risky choice I felt better about it.

And I did read two studies about raw tuna vs other raw fish. I’m seriously confused by people’s attitudes to jump on people lol

I’m not trying to argue or attack anyone.... I was telling her what my doctor said. Tuna is on my list of foods to eat given to me by my hospital actually. Every doctor is different. But I’m not arguing with anyone so if that’s what you’re looking for try someone else lol.

If youre worried about heatint meat up but you're eating tuna, you should do some research. In recent studies, all samples of tuna off multiple coasts have been tested high for radiation. My doc said other fish is ok in moderation but stay away from tuna
