Ok I’m cross posting this because it’s just SO helpful and I want as many parents to know as possible

The literal best white noise app ever is called RelaxMelodies, the app cover is a full moon behind some grass. I have an iPhone so I’m not sure if it’s available on Android but I’m sure it would be.

My two week old has had a rough few days and nothing really seems to fully settle him, he’s acting indecisive about what he wants and we haven’t been able to figure out how to best calm him. I finally remembered I’d downloaded RelaxMelodies and popped on a mix of ocean, campfire, frogs, and crickets and within two minutes he was fully asleep!! Y’all this app is amazing. Honestly it works great for adults too, it’s helped calm a lot of my anxiety during pregnancy and it’s put me to sleep before as well. Do yourself a favor and download it!!!
