bleeding after sex

i’m not supposed to get my period for two weeks but i had sex for the first time and since then, i’ve been spotting for 1 week straight. its a lot of blood and not just light spotting and i feel light headed. what should i do? also i cant talk to doctors, etc. because my parents can’t know about me losing my virginity
