First world problems

Guys I need some advice. I finally got my period back two months after weaning from breastfeeding and I really wanted to start ttc. It took me a year to conceive my first. However, WA state just passed paid maternity leave starting January 2020. So, if I got pregnant this cycle, the baby would be born in December and I would have unpaid leave which would be very difficult finacially. My logical mind is telling me to just wait one month to ttc, but my heart is telling me do everything I can to conceive since it was such a rollercoaster last time we ttc. What would you do?
