Heavy then super light?

Hey, I'm just a bit confused. Damn bodies gotta be so annoying lol. So my period started on Sat and was heavier than usual for my 1st day. Definitely some blood clots in there. But by Sun it was super light and by today, almost nothing, more like spotting... what does this mean?

I did catch a bit of a gastrointestinal bug that rocked me Sat night but wasn't too bad Sunday. Do u think that's why my period is off?

Fyi: period usually last 4-5 days, medium bleeding 1st-3rd and then light to spotting on the 4th.
