If you know when you ovulate, when is the best time to have sex? 
Days before or after your POD?

Answer

Do what fits you best & what you want to do because your results will differ from other people and resemble other people. I had sex during my period and before then during ovulation and after words for about 4 days and I conceived. However that won't happen to you necessarily. So you have to try different things during a time frame and see did it work for you.
