So basically I'm 5 months postpartum I had a suction birth they cut me and stitched me and ever since every bowl movement has being so painful! I've got abit more used to it now but I'm still bleeding pretty heavy after every BM this is abit thats on the tissue ...3rd time wiping and the toilet is all red from the bleeding ..why is this happening ?? What should I do?? And I get cramps every couple of days I don't know if it's connected tho
