This morning at around 4am I woke up experiencing pains.(contractions) and i couldn’t figure out why i was having so much pain. Well i started timing the contractions, took a shower even drank 4 bottles of water, tried laying in different positions and nothing worked. So I woke my fiancé up and said it’s time to go. I expected to be told I was at a 3 or something well I got checked and I was at a 6 and progressing fast. Well maybe an hour passes and they couldn’t find the baby’s heart beat. I started crying an freaking out so they do an emergency c section . My fiancé didn’t know what was going on and neither did I but the c section was quick, I was out for awhile . When I came to I was told that my beautiful baby boy was in the nicu on oxygen and that he would be back with me tomorrow. It’s also my first time with a c section. I’m so sore and I pray that I recover quickly . Also here’s a picture of my little tristen

He is 5lbs exactly and 18’ long . He’s currently on oxygen but breathing very nicely . They want to keep him on it for another night just to make sure he’s alright .
