No period yet

Hello I still have not had my period I had a scare feb 16th with a miss I had cramping but no period still I took my nexolanon out of my arm jan 28th and had some spotting for a week almost right after I’m wondering what’s going on ? Any ideas anyone I’ve taken pregnancy tests like last week all were negative but I don’t have a period at all besides the light spotting when I removed this birth control in the end of January I know some people have said to check after a missed period which I’m assuming should have happened by now ?? I don’t know any ideas ? Thanks
