Should I be worried if my period has been 12 days long after being on the mini pill containing destrogen

Earlier on in the month I missed a pill. Me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex regularly for the last 3 months of me being on this pill and we’ve never had problems ? Is it due to the fact I haven’t bled for over 2/3 months because of the pill? I’m v worried does anyone else get the same ?
