Packing hospital bags! What are the must-haves?

Hubby and I are going to pack our hospital bags so we are ready to go. What are some must-haves for each of our bags? First time mom and just want to be prepared 🤰🏼💕

Hospital  gives you almost everything  you need for recovery and baby. I brought 2 baby outfits. 2 pajamas, small toiletries, bringing depends since i HATE those pads.

PHONE CHARGER 
Some sweats to go home in/wear post birth 
Something for baby to sleep in like a swaddle or pjs
A coming home outfit 
Don’t really need anything else.

Honestly, for husband all I ever have packed was a pair of over night shorts and extra t-shirt (since he can wear same jeans). And underwear lol. 
Me, I pack a couple pairs of sweats or leggings and a couple loose or button up shirts (if you plan to breast feed)  toiletries to clean up and feel better after. 
Baby, I brought my pump (my first born didn’t nurse for almost a full 24 hours after he was born and I didn’t have it with me to help get my supply going and it’s expensive to rent from the hospital) and a boppy pillow if you plan to breast feed and going home outfits (one in newborn and one 0-3 month). 
And your phone chargers!! Also a camera if you don’t want to just take pictures on your phone.

You want to pack mittens so the baby doesn’t scratch.  With my first we had to use socks because we didn’t know that the hospital didn’t have them.

Phone charger, some comfy jamas, go home outfit for baby, hair brush, toiletries. If you have a playlist as part of your plan, then a small speaker and whatever has the music in it. My hospital had the mesh underwear, towels, peri bottles, tucks, numbing spray, stuff for bebe, socks, etc.

Towel! My last hospital didn’t provide them when everyone said they would. They did give a ton of stuff for the baby like diapers and wipes
