If he’s not straining to go I wouldn’t worry. Give him pears or prunes. That should definitely help. Don’t give a baby a laxative.

Anytime my son doesn’t poop, I give him prunes and it seems to do the trick!

Prune juice

Add a drop or two or kayro syrup into the bottles.

I would call your pedi. Your LO might need miralax. Also ask about powder magnesium citrate. It’s helps bring water to the bowels like miralax does but it’s natural.
