Fiancé moving away...

So my fiancé got into the sheriffs academy but his academy is about 2 hours away from where we currently live. He’s renting out a bedroom over there but because of my job I can’t go. He’s going to be out there for 6 months and I am extremely upset about it. It’s a lot harder than I thought it would be. He left about 3 hours ago and I can’t stop crying. We have have been together for 5 years and I have never been away from him. Not like this at least. My family situation is complicated so I’m pretty much alone. I try to go out with friends but we all work and our schedules are so different. I don’t know how to make myself feel better or how to keep my mind busy. He said he would try to come down as much as possible but he’s thinking it won’t be until another 3 weeks. I’m not used to feeling this way since I am not a very emotional person and I don’t know what to do
