I never spend money on myself.

Ever.

No, seriously. The last thing I bought for myself was a $15 shirt from Target... that I tried to return. They wouldn’t let me though, because APPARENTLY you can’t return items that your daughter sneezed snot into when you weren’t looking. Who knew.

But after my recent heartbreaking miscarriage, I realized that I needed a change. A big change. I finally landed on the one thing I have complete control over... my hair.

AND GIRRRRRRRL, I FOUND A FUCKING WIZARD, HARRY!

My loss was traumatic, devastating and absolutely the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I know it may sound dumb to some people, but this change has made me feel renewed, somehow. I actually feel beautiful and confident again.. Like maybe everything is going to be okay, someday.
