Speaking from my current life situation, I’m definitely not overcoming my anxiety. I have medicine that my doctor prescribed me and it helped at first. Meditation helps tremendously, but it’s so hard to find the time to do it. You might think this sounds stupid, but the one thing that helps the most is my dog. I luckily have a job where I can take her with me and I’m so blessed bc the days that I take her make a huge difference!
