Dreams..

I had a dream last night where I met my younger self (maybe about 1-3 yrs old) i was in my childhood home and the baby was playing outside and I came up to toddler me and I hugged her and started crying, I told myself that I know she doesn’t know what’s going on right now at that age but I will always have love for the both of us and I woke up having a panic attack. Does anyone know what this means ?
