Who has got pregnant with a iud?

My last period was February 8th and yesterday I thought I got my period I had a tiny red spot yesterday so I put on pad later on that night when I got home there was nothing so wiped and there was dark brown on the toilet paper but just a tiny bit. Today I had cramp on my left side that didn’t last long.

I’m afraid to test i have a 10 month old and been having my iud since June. This has never happened before. Idk if my period is just acting stupid and playing games with me 😂

But can you tell me your personal experience?

Symptoms? Implantation bleeding, symptoms
