For the last 2 years my period had been very irregular. Most months at a time my period doesn’t come at all and when it does it’s super light. My doctor said don’t worry about it not getting your period is normal I agree that missing your period sometimes is fine but 2 years and being able to count on my hands how many times I’ve gotten my period seems off. Would brith control help regulate my period?
