I’m about to start taking birth control for the first ever, and of course I’m sexually active. How long should I wait to have sex once I start taking the pill, just to be safe?😬

I would say at least a week if you’re not going to use condoms

Some say after a month. But some pamphlets say 7 days. But in my opinion wait for a month or one cycle to be unprotected.
