Middle Name Help...Please

I prefer older names, traditional but not too common.
So far all we can settle on is Elaine Paige. I like it, but there could be better. Other names I love: Isla, Lola, Cecilia, Maeve, Layla, but none of them flow. So if anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear them!
