I want to get gaudges help?

So I think I want to start out with fake gauges but the bars still look pretty big?how do you make then fit into your earing whole? Also I have kind of smaller ears.I want them a bit big in my ears but not to cover my whole ear and not to weigh my ear down.what size is recommended? Thanks!

I’m confused. Okay 1st i think you mean tunnels, plugs. A gauge is a unit of measurement so it’s like saying you want millimetres lol. The fake tapers or plugs should have a normal earring part that you put through the hole. If you actually want to start stretching your ears you need a decent stretching kit, stainless steel or titanium don’t use plastic or acrylic! Stretching balm and you can find tutorials on YouTube/online, and start with a very small size for example 14g. Go slow, don’t skip sizes, leave the size in for a good few weeks and don’t wear tapers it will create uneven weight distribution as you get to bigger sizes. Tapers are just for stretching you need to wear plugs or tunnels :) x

The reason the fake ones look big is Bc the gauge is most likely a 16 whereas regular earring posts are 18/20g.
