Femera and ovulation strips??

I know if you have pcos ovulation strips aren’t accurate , but if I’m on femera would I be able to use them and get accurate results even though I have pcos .

I asked my fertility doctor this exact  question, I also have PCOS and am on letrozole. My doctor said it wasn’t reliable and the only way to tell for definite was the Day 21 progesterone blood test. 
I completely get how frustrating it is not being able to test until after it has happened. 
Good luck I’m on 10mg now and still haven’t managed to ovulate. Hope you get on better than me!
