Gestational diabetes and itchy legs during night

Hi ladies. I m 32 weeks pregnant and I have been having itchy legs during night and could not sleep at all. When I rub I see small red bumps on legs. I read about cholestasis on google. And really worried about it . Did this happen to anyone and end up not having cholestasis ?
