Nausea / sickness! When do you feel your worst during the first trimester? First time Mummy curious on how to cope with this awful nausea!

I am 7 weeks, and for the last week the sickness has hit me suddenly and hard! Last night I was sick about 10 times until there was nothing left. This hit about midnight and I hated every second of it ✋🏻😭

My OB prescribed nausea medication and it has done wonders! The nausea isn’t completely gone, but manageable. I also take 25mg B6 tablets during the day.

All.  Day.  Sickness.  I barely ate anything during the first 15 weeks or so of pregnancy.    I found dry cereal helped.  I always had a baggie with me.  I could nibble a few pieces.  Water with lemon helped a bit too.  And as odd as it sounds, cotton balls soaked in rubbing alcohol.  I kept a baggie of those with me too.  I also had meds from the doctor.

Try staying away from products that contain meat and dairy; and drink lots of water. See if it helps for a few days before sticking to it. 
I don’t eat meat or dairy and never had any sort of sickness during pregnancy. I’m currently 20 weeks.

Whoever named it morning sickness was clearly never pregnant or had a partner who was lol. It should just be all day sickness or worst timing ever sickness 🤢🤮

Thank you so much for your advice ladies! I really need it. I am really off food which isnt like me at all - i love food! Hubby even offered to get a takeout pizza last night and I said no! WHO AM I?!?
