Tummy time tips?

Any tips for tummy time? My baby is 12 weeks and still freaks out anytime we do this. I end up usually letting her do it on my belly when I lay down. We have ALL the toys/mirrors ect. She loves being held so in general putting her downs become a task.

My LO will go much longer laying on a nursing pillow. I never let him watch tv but seriously if I put him on a nursing pillow and the tv visible he can go for 10 min straight before tiring. He seems to put in great effort even when getting tired just to be able to watch tv 😂

Ours would scream and lay face to mat so I put that little neck pillow. And still put no effort to use His back muscles.

And one morning, he just got IT

And now he enjoys it .. but like 10min max

Elevated/inclined surfaces. My daughter does best when I put my knees up with the boppy on my lap so she can look around the room. We still do traditional tummy time on the floor at least once a day though so she can work on weight bearing through her arms.

I do tummy time first thing in the morning when he is in a super good mood. I also lay on my tummy in front of him, talk with him & make silly faces. My little man also is not a fan of being put down lol.
