Self sabotage
Have you ever heard of self sabotage?
I think I have being doing that to myself for so long.. Lately I have been informing myself on what this really means. I have heard videos on youtube were they explain that even if you are not comfortable with that one thing you want to change, somehow it makes you be in your confort zone because is what you know, so once you take a few steps to achieve that that you want to change and actually see the change you sort of panic and stop. Crazy right? In my case I keep doing it with the gym, I run and i am lucky enough to see a difference in one or 2 weeks and suddenly I stop. I did not understand why I did that if I was happy to see results right away. Well I guess I am definitely self-sabotaging myself. The important part is that I have noticed there is a problem, I plan to subscribe to CrossFit class next week. Hopefully I will be consistent this time.
