Headache and nipples hurt TWW

So back story.. I’ve been on Letrozole since November so this is my 4th cycle on It and 2nd cycle with a trigger shot. I’m currently 12 dpo and af due Thursday.

This is my first month experiencing creamy/egg white cm mixed from 5 dpo - 9 dpo, my nipples started hurting on 9 dpo and are still hurting and I’ve been having a headache since 9 dpo. I’ve also been extremely hot from 6 dpo - 10 dpo.

Can anyone give me any insight on their symptoms if they were similar or not. I’m hoping theSe are all good symptoms since I haven’t had them before.
